What's included in a subscription?
As a valued subscriber, we want to offer you even more convenience and affordability. Not only do we offer free pick-up and delivery, but if you need an extra one-time service during the month, all bags will be discounted to the 20% tier (monthly subscriptions) or 30% tier (annual subscriptions).
How do bag credits work?
Subscriptions require a minumum purchase of 4 bags (credits) per month or 12 bags (credits) per year. Don't worry, you can choose which bags or credits you want to include when you check out. You can mix and match different bag types according to your needs. For example, you can get 2 extra-large bags, 1 standard bag, and 1 delicate bag. If you don't want a certain bag type, just remove it from your cart. Your subscription will be billed monthly and you can adjust, pause, or cancel your subscription at anytime!
How are credits added to my account?
Once you finish checking out, we'll send you an email to confirm your order. Our team will then start adding the bag services as credit to your Cents account, which usually takes less than an hour. But if you can't wait, you can also schedule an order before it's updated. We'll make sure your account set up during intake, and the payment will be deducted from the credits you added earlier. It's that easy!
